First, confirm that the machine is online (the network icon displays normally). If it is online but not updated, manually restart the advertising player, and it will resync the backend data.

The video plays but there’s no sound. How do I fix this?

A

First press the "Volume +" button on the remote control and unmute the device. If you are using an external speaker, check the audio cable. Try playing a different video, as the audio format of the current video may be incompatible.
