How to troubleshoot if your device gets stuck on the brand logo during startup or keeps restarting repeatedly?

Unplug the power cord directly, wait for 1 minute before plugging it back in to force the device to restart. If this does not work after three attempts, contact after-sales service for assistance. Do not disassemble the machine by yourself, as it contains high-voltage components and will void the warranty.

Press the "Source" or "Input" button on the remote control to switch to the USB or corresponding channel. If it's the network version, check whether the network cable or WiFi is working properly. In most cases, restarting the device will fix the problem.

Replace with a new battery, aim it at the receiving window at the bottom right or below the device (within 3 meters), and avoid direct strong light.

Be sure to cut off the power first! Dip a soft glasses cloth in a small amount of clean water (or special cleaner, spray it onto the cloth instead of directly onto the screen) and wipe gently. Do not use alcohol or paper towels.

What should I do if the advertising display doesn’t respond when I press the power button?

First, make sure the plug is firmly inserted and the socket has power. Some devices have a hard toggle switch (rocker switch) on the side, which should be flipped to the "ON" position. If none of the indicator lights turn on, please ensure the device is powered on first.
